Perfectly located in Seaside Villas in South Forest Beach, Hilton Head, you are just a short walk from Tiki Hut, shops and restaurants, Coligny Plaza, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Perfect for a romantic couple’s retreat or a fun-filled family getaway!

This charming one bedroom includes a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area, 2 hallway bunks (perfect for children), an updated bathroom and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Indulge in the breathtaking ocean views from the balcony with seating for 2 to relax after a day at the beach or the community pool.

At Sea Side Villa Resort you can enjoy the amazing sun deck overlooking the ocean, a community swimming pool, a common area with grills and plenty of unassigned private parking.

We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible while staying in your "home away from home", that's why we include so many wonderful amenities. All linens are provided for the bedroom, bunk beds and sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, Drip and Keurig coffee makers, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, napkins, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, sandwich size ziplock baggies, a full selection of spices, coffee, tea, sugars and hot chocolate. There are plenty of towels provided in the bathroom as well as hand soap, body soap, body lotion, shampoo & conditioner and a blow dryer. There is also a washing machine and dryer with detergent for your convenience.

Included with your stay - 6 beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella.

You may cancel without a fee up until 14 days prior to your arrival date, but a 25% penalty applies for cancellations within 14 days, which is waived if the accommodation can be rebooked. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, a refund is only possible if the dates are rebooked; otherwise, no refund will be given.

Deposit Policy

50% of the rental charges are required to make the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

This apartment was the perfect place for 2 adults looking for a peaceful week. Walking distance to the beach. Great location with lot’s of options to eat. Condo/apt was perfectly appointed with wonderful touching like spices, oils and vinegar and all the possible cooking instruments someone could possibly need. Could not have had a better location for our wonderful week. Thank you!!!

If you’re looking for the perfect place to relax, stop scrolling—you’ve found it! This Airbnb was everything we wanted. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made us feel right at home. The host was wonderful, responsive, and made our stay effortless from start to finish.

Had a great visit to #388 at Hilton Head Island. The unit had an incredible beach view. It was exactly as the photos showed it to be.....beautifully decorated, extremely clean, perfect location and outfitted with everything I needed for a beach getaway. Holly was quick to respond to my last minute booking and check-in was a breeze. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with me!

This was the perfect place to bring my 3 girls (ages 5, 7, and 11). We were right on the beach, there was a pool, and we were within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a public park. The condo was very clean and had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The 2 bunk beds were a hit with my two youngest. The condo even had a small dry goods cabinet with basic essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, coffee, and creamer. It kept our grocery shopping and our grocery bill down to a minimum and kept us playing in the sand! Holly was very responsive anytime we had a question. 10/10. We will be back again!
