I have successfully owned and managed a nightly vacation rental company in Yosemite National Park, CA for over 20 years. Now that I have relocated to Hilton Head Island, I am offering my customer service driven experience to you with both guests and homeowners, reservations, cleaning, maintenance, marketing, furnishing and decorating. I am confident you will find my expertise in the hospitality industry to be an extremely valuable asset to you.
I realize that you have plenty of management choices here on the island. Seaside Vacation Rentals of Hilton Head is unique in that our boutique collection of properties and concierge level of service sets us apart providing quality and personalized service. We focus attention on all details necessary to ensure your guests a wonderful and memorable vacation experience intent on creating loyal repeat guests. I will aggressively advertise your property on platforms to include seasidevacationrentals.co, Airbnb, Vrbo and Google Marketing and Travel.
Please note below a few highlights of this proposal:
As your manager, I will charge 20% to cover the cost of handling the following:
- Reservations
- Bookkeeping (statements, revenue checks, submitting bed taxes to county)
- Purchasing Lodging Supplies
- Housekeeping & Laundry
- Managing Maintenance (grounds, minor repairs not to exceed $100.00)
- Advertising on seasidevacationrentals.co, Airbnb, Vrbo and Google marketing.
Owner’s responsibilities (costs) include:
- Major Repairs
- All Utilities (phone, cable, etc.)
- Homeowners Insurance
- Carpet & Upholstery Upkeep and Cleaning
Each month you will receive an itemized statement identifying your gross rental income, the number of nights booked, and any additional expenses not provided by Seaside Vacation Rentals of Hilton Head.
I will add your rental unit to my website, seasidevacationrentals.co, Google, Airbnb and Vrbo at no extra fee and create your listing for any additional advertisements promoting your property.
If you would like to stay in your unit, please let me know as far in advance as possible so that I can make certain it is available for you. While you are there, please be sure to let us know if there is anything that is not up to your expectations and we will be sure to take care of the problem as soon as possible.
