The condo is pet friendly and features a 2-story floor plan. On the first level, the spacious living area has a pull-out queen sofa sleeper and TV, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The private balcony has additional seating to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
A spiral stairwell takes you to the bedroom upstairs. You will have a king size bed, seating area, flat-screen TV, a large jetted tub with skylights above and plenty of closet space for extended stays. There are double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower and a stack-able washer and dryer for your convenience.
Cable TV is available on the Spectrum TV App. for your enjoyment.
*Note that this unit does not face the marina but once you walk out your front door, you are just steps away from the spectacular view!
An elevator is conveniently located adjacent to the parking area to bring you to the second level of the condominium building.
The marina is filled with activities for everyone. Book your next water excursion or sunset cruise at one of the kiosk in Shelter Cove. The marina is on 50 miles of protected trails for walking, jogging, or biking. Kayak or canoe your way around the calm 11-mile saltwater lagoon. Bikes, kayaks, beach and sporting equipment can be easily rented locally.
The community pool is open April 1st- October 31st. The beach access is located in Palmetto Dunes. The Dunes Buggy is a complimentary seasonal shuttle service (subject to resort availability) for those who prefer to catch a ride. The Dunes Buggy service dates are March 13- March 31: 10AM-8PM and April 1- Labor Day: 8AM-9PM. Within Palmetto Dunes you will also find three championship golf courses, including the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, as well as a world-class tennis and pickleball center. The tennis center is rated #1 in the Carolinas by Tennis World and in the top 25 in the world by Tennis Resorts Online.
