Holly’s place was so wonderful for our trip to Hilton Head!! The location was unbeatable! Easy bike rides to the beach and Harbour Town!

The kitchen is very well appointed and we were able to easily prepare meals and coffee. The condo is also stocked with wonderful amenities for the beach, including towels, chairs and even some toys!

We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely look to book again on our return trips in the future!

Holly's place is great. We've now stayed there twice. It's clean, spacious and very comfortably furnished. It's unusually well stocked with kitchen and household supplies, and we appreciated the wine and chocolates on arrival! This condo is well situated in Sea Pines, walkable to some shops and the tennis center, and our grandkids enjoyed the games and pool!

Absolutely wonderful stay in Holly's condo in Sea Pines! Beautiful furniture, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, etc. Truly a five-star experience! We really enjoyed the bikes (with baskets!) as we rode to the beach, restaurants, and just for recreation. We appreciated receiving the car pass for Sea Pines ahead of time (which saved us time at the gate on the holiday weekend). Holly has thought of everything! From beach chairs (with backpack straps), a cooler that fits in the bike basket, pool noodles and a float, to coffee, tea, popcorn, wine, chocolates, and so much more! We are regular visitors to Sea Pines but this condo is definitely at the top of our list now for future visits.

One of the best AirBnB’s we’ve stayed. Beautiful unit and a fantastic location. Holly was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely place with all the amenities and more! The effort put into the little things left for the you like chocolates, wine and so much more make you feel like you are getting the royal treatment. The listing is spotless, pristine, cozy and adorable. You are in a peaceful and beautiful area within walking distance to so many incredible restaurants, fun things to do and amazing boutique style shops. Holly was amazing and so helpful and kind! Don’t pass this one up, you will not regret it. Hope to be back really soon and highly recommend!

Holly is a premier hostess! Her villa, in the Sea Pines resort, is a standout! Her place checked every box, and more. A very well appointed, tasteful and upgraded villa with luxury finishes transports you immediately into the Hilton Head vibe. Holly left us a hand written card, a box of yummy truffles, and a bottle of wine…..very nice and unexpected. The villa has everything you need, just bring your toothbrush and toothpaste. Shampoos, conditioners, luxury hand soaps, ample linens, beach towels, beach chairs, even qtips, makeup sponges and cotton balls! In the kitchen, an incredible array of spices, coffee, teas, and everything you would need to cook in! Or, dine out in the excellent restaurants HHI has to offer. Bikes are available for use, and there is a tennis court and pool right outside the door. Thank you Holly!! (also, parking pass is provided!)
