Staying at Holly’s was way better than any experience I think we’ve ever had with Airbnb. Usually, staying in a rental means you’ve got to rush out and get all your basics or struggle til you get by a store, but this was not at all the case with Holly’s rental. This felt more like crashing at a relative’s house while they’re out of town! There were so many amenities!

We needn’t have brought our own bikes or towels for the beach-those were provided! We stayed two weeks and there were enough paper products and dish and laundry detergent to last us pretty much the entire trip, too. Spices, baking staples, quality body wash and shampoo in case you left yours, even a little rubber ducky for the kids. We were just blown away by how well supplied the place was.

Location was also wonderful. We always try to stay near Harbor town, and this was SO convenient. There is also a trolley stop almost immediately outside the entrance to the units.

This condo is very well appointed and obviously cared for by Holly. She is responsive and so helpful in any way she can be. The condo had everything you could need in the kitchen (including mega spices, oils, Paper towels, napkins, a Keurig, toaster, microwave, washer and dryer with detergent and Clorox and bounce. If all that isn’t enough you’ll find so much for the pool/beach- noodles, beach towels, chairs, skim boards, wagon, umbrella. Might sound weird but even the toilet paper was nice and my teenage grandson said we have to mention the Native shampoo, conditioner and body wash! I loved that they had a thinner blanket that I could use on my bed instead of the thick quilt that others may love.
If SeaPines is your destination, and you only need a 2 bedroom and even a sleeper couch, you will really want to consider this beautiful place!!!

Great location and a great stay overall! Perfectly situated for easy access to Harbour Town, Sea Pines Center, the horse stables, and the beach, yet quiet and private. The pool was lovely, and the home itself felt comfortable and homey, with nice furniture, great lighting, and thoughtful touches (the clothes hampers were such a nice detail!) that made it feel like a true home away from home. The beds were a standout — incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean and clutter-free, and the host was responsive and accessible before and during our stay. Truly felt like a special guest and right at home. Very grateful to have found this property. More than enough room and amenities for my family of 3!

Great location. Close to pool, tennis courts, restaurants and biking trails. Condo was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Very comfortable beds and quiet bedrooms. Plenty of room for family to spread out in living room. View from the deck is beautiful and peaceful. Parking in front of unit. Rental better than advertised. Terrific and quick response/communication with owner. Highly recommend.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Holly has everything you can possibly need. We chose to cook instead of eat out and she has a fully stocked kitchen with any utensil you could possibly think of. It rained quite a bit so we didn’t use the pool but it looked terrific. The location is walking or biking distance to everything. It is very clean and there was plenty of room for us. We loved it! Will definitely stay again!

Great place, not a detail missed. Holly leaves shampoo and soap and coffee and spices and more than enough essentials. I’ve stayed in a ton of Airbnbs all over the world, and this one is very very top notch. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best rental I have stayed in at Sea Pines, and I have been coming here since 2004.
The condo is meticulously neat, comfortable and well stocked. No need to bring extras of anything. From toiletries to kitchen essentials - not only is it high quality, it is more than sufficient quantity. We cooked in on four different occasions - and were pleased with the seasonings, cookware and appliances.
There is everything needed to start the day with coffee...from a coffee maker as well as a Keurig. There were at least a dozen pods, as well as ground coffee. Plus sweeteners. My friend enjoyed the complimentary (high quality...Kilwins) chocolate caramels and the bottle of wine.
I enjoyed having the bikes and the sturdy and comfortable beach chairs. I easily took the less than ten minute bike ride to the beach, with the chair on my back (back pack style). I also enjoyed the less than ten minute walk to the lighthouse area.
We brought my friend's two dogs. But, if you are not an animal person, you would never know this is a pet-friendly unit. It is clean and smells fresh.
The beds are comfortable, each with their own private bathroom.
The deck off the eating area is sheltered from any wind, and most of the sun, and overlooks a pond and the pool area.
We are already booked for our trip next Fall.

Loved our stay at this Sea Pines getaway. Beautiful surroundings and the island is such a fun place to bike and swim with the family. Everything at the house was clean and comfy, and Holly was quick to respond to any questions we had. Also, I’ve stayed in many rentals over the years, but this was one of the best stocked locations I’ve been to. I bring my own seasonings, toiletries and cleaning supplies when staying at places, but this location had all I would want and then some. Felt like a home for our family.

We had a great experience at this Airbnb. It was a wonderful location and the owner had so many amenities for us to enjoy. The home was very clean, just like what was in the pictures. We never heard a thing, no noise from any other neighbors nor the surrounding road. We booked at the end of July and thought the value was very good for the location and the size of the unit. I think at this point we’ve stayed at 60 or 70 Airbnb’s and this is one of the best.

You know how there’s descriptions and it sounds like it’s going to be luxurious but doesn’t quite meet the mark? Yeah, not here. Holly understands the assignment! Absolutely stunning and pristine home. But, she went above and beyond. Friendly and helpful communication, fully stocked with native products, epson salt if you wanted a bath, named brand soap that was actually brand new, dish detergent, laundry pods, you name it. The only thing needed was you! It’s in a beautiful resort with shops, restaurants, walking and biking trails (use of 4 bikes included), and private beach access within the community. Comfortable beach chairs provided for adults and kids alike. And another thing, I often have to wash the dishes before my family will drink out of them because they’re smudgy and ew, but when I say everything was pristine!!!! The beds were comfy, and our yorkie pup was also right at home here! Not one single complaint. Thank you again for being such a wonderful hostess!

This is the best rental I ever had, extremely clean and tidy. The host provided everything we needed and I felt like at home during the stay. The host was very friendly and fast responding. Can’t think of anything that’s not positive. Well worth the money and would definitely recommend to friends.

I had a wonderful stay at Holly’s condo. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything and still peaceful and quiet. Holly was a thoughtful and responsive host, making check-in and communication a breeze. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is a very clean & updated condo with all of the extras! The setting is beautiful and location can't be beat. We enjoyed going for walks on the path throughout the gorgeous preserve. Holly is genuinely nice and helpful, she does care that you have everything you need for your stay. We hope to be back again soon!

Could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. Holly literally thought of everything. Great selection of spices and amazing bath products. Spotlessly clean, fantastic location within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, not to mention an amazing view. Can not wait to come back.

We spontaneously decided to take a trip and stumbled upon an absolute gem in Hilton! This delightful spot was perfectly located, close to everything we wanted to explore. The decorations were stunning, adding a cozy charm to the atmosphere. We sank into the soft beds each night and loved sipping our morning coffee on the porch. While the view wasn’t the main attraction, we enjoyed leisurely strolls around the lovely pond nearby.
To top it all off, we had two cars and requested an extra pass. The owner was incredibly accommodating and had it ready for my daughters in no time! What an unforgettable getaway!
